Residential Development, Gretton

The site is 1.13 Ha in area and located on the northern edge of the village of Gretton, approximately 10 miles north east of Cheltenham. Situated to the north of the Grade II Listed Christ Church, the site provides the opportunity to create a high quality residential development of 23 dwellings. A range of tenures is proposed including open market dwellings and affordable homes. The design approach is traditional and making reference to Gretton for design precedents helps to give the development proposals a footing in the local area: to propose a new scheme that settles well into its environs with a sense of familiarity, while also proposing something new that presents its own character. The development has received planning permission following an appeal.
