Church Row
Gretton, Cheltenham
Full Planning Application
The proposal for 23 new homes, alongside Christ Church on the north-west edge of the village, includes the retention of vegetation around the site boundary to provide a degree of visual enclosure and maturity, effectively settling it within the landscape.
Two areas of public open space are incorporated within the development to benefit the new and existing community.
A traditional architectural makes reference to the building elements, details and materials throughout the village, including a new thatch cottage at the entrance to create a focal point from Church Row.
