Concept design of a range of dwelling types that respond to the specific requirements of a seafront regeneration scheme in the North East of England.

The elevated living arrangements with directed sight lines provide sea views while maintaining privacy. Integrated external decks to each apartment type creates a stepped façade and an undulating roof line which adds visual intrigue.
