We have been assisting Crest Nicholson with two applications (north and south of the mainline railway) which, together, seek permission for over 1600 new homes to deliver the bulk of this new neighbourhood to the north-east of Bristol.

 

Situated alongside both the M4 and M32, we have recently revised the hybrid application to provide additional information and reflect the updated earthworks strategy. We have included new and updated design guidance for the residential and primary school areas, covered by the outline element, as well as revising the detailed layout, streetscenes and housetype pack.
