The conversion of garage units into a two bed dwelling situated on a quiet residential street containing a mix of apartments and houses.

The plot required careful consideration to the two protected trees in close proximity. In order to reduce impact on the surrounding conservation area and adjacent residential properties, a contemporary take on a traditional form of mews house, with room within a pitched roof has been considered.

A set back entrance and roof terrace create external space while maintaining the existing footprint.
