Matthew has over 17 years experience in the conception and design of residential layouts and mixed use schemes from inception/viability through master planning to gaining approval for detailed planning applications. He has worked both in private practice and for national house builders and has a good understanding of the planning process.

 

He has been responsible for securing a large number of detailed planning approvals working with the local planning authority, consultants, local residents, and other interested parties through pre-application public consultation exhibitions.

 

Matthew was previously employed as a Senior Designer with Barton Willmore Design Ltd for 5 years and as a Planning/Design Manager for Crest Nicholson Developments for 3 years. He has also worked in private architectural practice for 8 years as an Architectural Technician.
