Outline Applications

Positioned on a hill-top to the east of the town centre, this design of the site needed to respond to approved proposals for the adjoining land and its visible location.

The design is for a landscape-led development of circa 90 new homes to respond to the distinct qualities of the site and to reflect the local character.

Green infrastructure forms an integral part of the proposal, to include a hilltop park and a framework of new and retained planting to soften the development skyline and respect the views to and from the site.
