Prior to joining pad Design, Simon worked for Plymouth based practices large and small gaining valuable understanding of a range of client requirements. From single room extensions to mixed use regeneration projects to bespoke healthcare schemes.

Simon joined pad in February 2016, supporting the team on a variety of projects from concept design, up to planning and through the construction phase.

Simon now employs his experience as a detailed designer to the early stages of the planning process on a range of project scales. This has included small scale bespoke edge of settlement schemes in the Cotswolds and the South East and larger masterplanning developments such as Tadpole Garden Village and East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood.
