159 new homes and a neighbourhood centre developed on a 4.2ha former industrial site on the edge of Frome town centre, with a river flowing to the south-east.

 

Redeveloping the former print works site at Caxton Road, to form a modern extension of the existing community that reflects its time and place. Creating a bespoke scheme that forms its own distinct sense of place, whilst respecting the surrounding context of Frome.
